I want to take this chance to reassure our clients, partners and suppliers that we have a robust policy in place to ensure that work remains as close to business as usual as possible.
I have offered all staff the option to work from home and as we are all set up to work remotely, this will not have any impact upon our ability to deliver the same level of work that we currently offer.
We are also happy to offer all clients the option of a Zoom video call, a Google Hangout or a conference call instead of a face to face meeting, where preferred.
One of our key processes for delivering client results is a weekly “scrum” where we share best practice, check in on client progress and ensure that we deliver the results needed. We will still be doing this, even if the whole team has to work from home.
Provisions are in place to cater for increased absence if the time comes, and service levels will remain constant.
Our internal and client facing communication is fully online with a variety of video conference and screen-sharing solutions in use. We do not expect disruption to business communications at all.
