The Challenge

Astons London is a modern and dynamic independent Central London estate agency with over 16 years experience in the selling and letting of Prime Central London.

Astons London contacted Cobb Digital to assist with re-establishing their online presence after re-branding. The key driver from a marketing perspective for Astons was to position them as an established leading estate agent within the West London area.

Specifically, Astons’ main objectives for the Cobb Digital team were to increase website visits, enquiries and valuation requests.

Our Solution

With targets in mind, Cobb Digital worked closely with Astons London Director, Antony DiLieto, to create a bespoke marketing strategy that included website content creation, SEO, PPC, content marketing and social media management.

The team created and implemented numerous original strategies that were executed efficiently in order to achieve the targets put in place by Antony. The social strategy put in place by the team focused on increasing both brand awareness and engagement as well as actively promoting the surrounding areas.

Another main focus for the Cobb team to further increase reach and awareness was a highly targeted content-led SEO strategy and an area specific PPC campaign. From an audience perspective, there were two very clear targets; those looking to buy and those looking to sell.

Overall, Astons London reported a 250% increase in organic traffic as a direct result from the location focused SEO strategy carried out by Cobb Digital, and can now be found on page one of Google for various search terms e.g. ‘Estate Agent Paddington’.

Social Media also experienced just as impressive results, with a total follower growth of 508%. Both Twitter and Facebook pages experienced high increases in engagement after numerous collaborative competitions were created by Cobb involving local businesses which attracted over 500 entries a time.
